Katherine Long
Ponca City, OK
Ayurvedic Cooking & Juicing "101"
Kat Long is a foodie from way back, having been raised by a mother from Peru, South America that spent more than 30 percent of the household budget on home cooked food during her formative years. After successfully healing a personal health crisis with food (not surgery) six years ago, she decided to take control not only of her food, but the food that was being fed to her immediate family and friends. This included researching local markets for grass fed beef, lamb, chicken and dairy as well as growing her own produce (and eggs) or buying locally when available.
